《方案》表示，要督促企業(yè)完善施工電動葫蘆起重機的技術檔案制度，嚴格起重機械、腳手架的驗收制度，健全完善對起重機械、腳手架現(xiàn)場管理及施工監(jiān)理工作的檢查監(jiān)督體系。電動葫蘆起重機未經(jīng)檢測、驗收或檢測不合格的不得使用，腳手架及支架使用的鋼管、扣件等不符合有關標準規(guī)范要求的不得使用。
